We were actually surprised by the charming decor and historic ambiance of the hotel. The room we stayed in had high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the courtyard. The friendly ghost that some guests have mentioned added a unique touch to our stay. The staff was helpful and provided us with a map of the city, along with great recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. our experience at Nh Firenze Anglo American was good, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
